An employee‑branding strategy to select better from the first contact
Pentafon designed and implemented a strategy based on AI and advanced automation to transform the attraction and selection process. The model integrated conversational AI for the candidate’s first contact, virtual role‑plays with generative AI to evaluate critical skills, and automated performance analytics to support fairer, more objective, and more scalable decisions.
Implementation was carried out in stages: problem identification, evaluation‑model design, solution development with generative AI, and validation with expert users. This made it possible to standardize evaluation, reduce subjectivity, improve the candidate experience, and accelerate the process without losing human connection.
