Pentafon and the Tecnológico de Monterrey have launched the "Leading with Purpose 2026" program, an executive education initiative that will certify more than 90 leaders across the organization in strategic leadership, organizational transformation, innovation, and talent development.
The program is part of Pentafon's strategy to strengthen a leadership model capable of responding to the challenges of customer experience, technological evolution, and the management of high-performing teams.
The evidence supports this commitment. According to the IBM Institute for Business Value, organizations that prioritize employee experience achieve 31% higher revenue growth than those that do not. In addition, a Gallup meta-analysis found that highly engaged teams deliver 23% greater profitability, 18% higher productivity, and 10% greater customer loyalty.
