Furthermore, Antonio is the President of Neikos, which has investments in the Energy sector as well as Real Estate in the United States.

Alberto Amezcua

Executive Director

With 25+ years long experience in the industry, Alberto is a passionate executive about the Customer Experience in a disruptive model; he has been leading large locations for several companies such as Telvista, Qualfon, SYKES & Sitel group in Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, focusing mainly on high-value brands with US roots. Amezcua emphasizes people, performance, and innovation as a result-oriented leader.

Ingrid Gomiciaga

Chief Financial Officer

With almost two decades of working with Neiko's Group, Ingrid has developed herself in several areas, but recently; has concentrated exclusively on the administrative field overseeing Finance, Administration, Legal, and Accounting. It is Ingrid's goal to continuously improve the skills of her team and is highly result-oriented.

Edmundo Olguin

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Edmundo´s 25+ years in the industry have been spent leading information technology teams of professional engineers; he has focused on creating competitive advantages through technological innovation and ensuring compliance with regulations and efficiency of business processes. Among others, Olguin worked for Atento and Comdata. He has also earned recognition in the industry for his ability to establish assertive communication across multiple directions as an IT leader.

Omar Jiménez

Director of Continuous Improvement

With over 18 years of extensive experience in the contact center industry, Omar has focused on CX and process innovation. He’s collaborated with companies like Walmart, Aeromexico, HSBC, Citi Group, Metlife and Nestlé among others. For him the contact center has become a fundamental part of the clients’ strategy by transforming it into a partner to help drive results and business development with the highest levels of satisfaction serving as Director of Continuous Improvement.

Sergio Jimenez

Head of Sales

Experienced in the BPO industry for over a decade, specifically in the sales and client relations fields. In addition to being a key player in a client’s roadmap success, Jimenez believes in long-term partnerships. Besides adopting new technologies, Sergio is also trying to adapt to new generations of workers. He is a serious proponent of customer and client satisfaction.

Filiberto Mondragón

Managing Director MEX

With 22 years of experience, Filiberto co-founded Pentafon 18 years ago, and his goal is to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing solutions in customer service, telemarketing campaigns, sales, and collections, providing the best service possible to clients and employees. Mondragón oversees Filiberto’s operations from Mexico City, Monterrey, Morelia, and LATAM, where he partners with a number of multinational companies.

Rolando Blanco

Chief People Officer

Over the past 15 years, Rolando has led and managed teams focusing on customer and employee satisfaction. In addition to acquiring business acumen, he applies strategies that aim to achieve the company’s goals and achieve its mission in a positive working environment by applying acquired business acumen. The HR department serves over 4,000 employees at all locations home, with Blanco leading Human Resources management as well as several certifications such as Great Place to Work.
